Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. She was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. She became the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take the time off from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish her college. In 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. At the end 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. She was up against the best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before progressing to the sets she works on. Also Ariel likes to use her time the best way is possible. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
